Sorry, we do not offer returns once your fabric has been cut from the bolt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US only) for orders $99+. Cart will automatically reflect this discount.

We ship USPS Priority and Ground Advantage. 

Packages weighing under 1 LB, (between 2-3 yard), we ship USPS Ground Advantage, which can take 5-7 business days to be delivered. 

Packages weighing over 1 LB (some 3 yard+ orders) we ship USPS Priority Mail, which can take 2-3 business days depending on your location. 

3 ½ yards of fabric from one manufacture will be a different weight than another manufacturer.  Most Kaffe Fassett, Art Gallery Fabrics, and Australian/Aboriginal Fabrics will be under 1 LB so they will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage.  Other manufactures 3+ yards will be shipped USPS Priority. 

If you are shipping to Alaska, and your package is under 1 LB, USPS Ground Advantage is taking around 10-12 days for delivery.  If you would like your order sooner, please apply the shipping upgrade to your cart to have your package sent USPS Priority Mail.
